Native LA band Winter played the Hi Hat in LA this week, a homecoming from their most recent tour around the US. Winter, the project of Samira Winter, plays dreamy indie rock with a touch of grunge and humor that comes across in songs like “Jaded”, which is about the cliches of the music scene (specifically the music scene in LA). Now that Winter is back in LA, expect to see more local shows and hope that they’ll make it out to Philly soon!
