Ones to Watch: Dude York

Dude York, a lo-fi  punk band from Seattle, are currently on tour with Aussie Alex Lahey. They played World Cafe Live on their Philly stop of the tour, and brought their Weezer-influenced sound to the small upstairs stage.

They’ve got a holiday punk (holiday punk?) album out now called Halftime for the Holidays including the banger “Break Up Holiday” and a great punk cover of “Silent Night”. Check out Dude York’s Halftime for the Holidays as well as their 2017 LP Sincerely, featuring stand-out tracks “Love Is” and “Tonight”.
